Every group has an invite link. Share it anywhere. If the group asks for approval, anyone with the link can ask to join; turn that off and the link adds people straight away.

You have an invite link too: anyone who opens it can send you a contact request. Someone without the app is told how to get it.

Yes. Share a plan’s guest link, and people can reply from it in any browser with their name: Going, Maybe or Can’t go.

On a plan’s costs, tap Settle up. Pay with PayPal opens their PayPal.Me link, or copy their Interac e-Transfer details. Then mark it as paid.

The person you paid confirms when the money arrives. If it didn’t, they can tap Not received.

Your recovery key gets your chats, calendar and notes back on a new phone when no other signed-in phone is around.

When you sign up, the key is saved to iCloud Keychain on iPhone, or to your Google backup on Android. If that is on, we find the key automatically when you set up the new phone with the same Apple or Google account. If it was off, the key stayed on your old phone: type it in from the copy you wrote down.

Yes. Both are in Settings, under Your data. Export my data downloads your chats (messages, photos and files), your calendar as .ics, your notes from every folder, and your costs (expenses and payments) as .csv.

The export isn’t encrypted, so keep it somewhere safe. Delete account is there too.
